At checkout the terms of the coupon show its a 1yr deal. The E520 coupon shows its own terms at checkout too for the Dedicated E5 server. You're welcome to contact us after your first year is up the best renewal price.
Chances are high that 9950x prices will decline 12 months from now. Hardware is always getting more powerful and I am sure Oplink.net will be right there offering the latest VPS plans on the newest CPU!
