HYEhost has a us location and the ping is fantastic, the same as local ipv4.
And I pay 50 cents per IP from NOEZ.DE. I have 10 FlexIPs from them, all for under $5.00 per month. The only trouble is ping to the mid west us is about 200 ms.
So your price is too much and is not located in the us. I really wish hyehost keeps not out of business if I cannot find the alternative.

i've been trying to get this set up with a VPS with a couple of additional IPs and haven't had any luck with L2TP, wireguard, GRE to opnsense. IDK what i'm doing wrong but I feel like this shouldn't be this challenging.
Use iproute2 (rt_tables).
To apply this solution you have 2 variant. Hardcode on system boot or semihardcode on boot and use snipet on vm boot process.
solution:
Move traffic from/to first gre uplink to rt_table 400.

I think you need to take a long hard look in the mirror. As a personal friend of Aaran, I know whats going on. The whole story isn't public and will not be. But yes. He is in hospital. And yes. It's mental health related but not in total. That's all ill say. You had an issue with your VPS. You've let thr whole world know already. Just drop the crap and have some respect.
Huh? You must be mistaken. I am not the person who is accusing him for whatever reason. I do not have any issue with vps as I do not have a vps service with them.
Hyehost gives me a very good service on ip tunnel and the price is very good. And
an hour ago I got an email my service won't be affected/discontinued (I am in Fremont). Now I do not have to look for an alternative.
