    The free tier is real, I'm using it to the fullest for the past few months,

    Oracle Free Tier is an allowance to use some of their services for free, within limits, such as AMD instances, block storage, ARM instances (hard to get)...

    Do not jinx it! I'am using it for 2 years. Blasting port in TBs while pumping ISOs. Just don't fck up everything. Better be silent.

    yeah its free BUT if you go to PAYG you CAN get billed for as much resources as you inadvertently use so be careful with it and set usage and billing alerts

    Yea, a valid credit card. It has some issues with virtual cards too to prevent people from abusing the free service.

    i never got chance to use it, tried my multiple cards to verify but it always keep getting rejected

    i tried Debit & credit cards both even of different banks it never passes there that card verification process, they deduct some amount and refund it immediately & again asks do that card verification, even there live support was not able to help me out

    Same, I’ve tried using a debit card, a credit card, and a virtual credit card, but none of them have been able to pass the verification process.

    A tips for successfull card verification i got online is to use matching data between card and your form data input or else the verif system will reject it

    Once you’ve failed a couple of times for genuine card related reasons, you need to change other things too such as mobile number or you will be auto rejected

    I tried use 3 different type card, all of them successfully authenticated but when I do the last step turned out failed :smile:

    The free tier is really free, but nowadays hard to register I remember. Their fraud control is acting weird and very picky on your credit card...

    That’s the situation I mean - you need to change other details like mobile no, email, address (and have it match card still)
