Looking for a cheap EU VPS with a clean IP
Hey folks, looking for a cheap EU VPS with a clean IP for a proxy—3 EUR/month max
Yo everyone,
I’m hunting for a VPS in the EU to mess around with a proxy server. Nothing crazy, just something that works without giving me a headache. Here’s the deal:
- Location: EU-based.
- IP: I need a clean IP—like, squeaky clean. It shouldn’t flag “proxy” or “VPN” vibes when I run it through ipqualityscore.com. Basically, I don’t want Cloudflare slapping me with CAPTCHAs every five seconds. No shady IPs, please!
- Specs: Doesn’t need to be a powerhouse. Low CPU, low RAM is cool. It’s just for proxy stuff.
- Price: Trying to keep it under 3 EUR/month.
If you know a solid provider or have something up for grabs that fits, drop me a line. I’d love to hear your suggestions. Thanks a ton!

@Calin has squeaky clean residential IP with solid downtimes.
With that budget, squeaky clean is unrealistic.
Thank you, but this doesn't seem to have EU-based.
Eh it's just a luck game at that price
I suggest trying out @host_c , and @SilverCreek , and @kuroit and see how your luck pans out
If you have a script for me to run on any of those to check what you need I'll do it in a bit
They have UK works well
How much should the budget be? I can accept dynamic IPs.

I know this one, it's in Romania. I've bought their storage VPS before, and using it was a mixed experience. Recently, updating the firewall caused a lot of instability.
If he wants it for proxying purposes, best bet is just a residential IP from a provider that announces their IPs from a residential ASN. I have some server IPs that don't get flagged as proxy/vpn/tor, but that very likely changes in a few months.
host_c I've bought from them before, their ASN isn't good, but their storage VPS is pretty decent.
In IPQS, you can see the detection results by entering the IP. The judgment is based on ASN. https://www.ipqualityscore.com/

Yes, as you said, it's just a luck game.> [@zGato said]
my host c
same for terabit, and kuroit (but in US)
Hi tynan,
Melbicom has multiple EU locations for €4,72:
CPU 1 core
RAM 2GB
Storage 20GB
Bandwidth up to 1Gbit/s
You can take a look here: https://www.melbicom.net/virtualserver/
As soon as you publicly advertise cheap hosts to have clean ips I can almost guarantee you the spammers will flood this hoster. Open port 25 is a bonus.

If you receive an IP address flagged with proxy or vpn, or anything that bothers you, we will change the IP address until you get a good one.
Can it bypass proxy detection of IP2Location.io?
It looks really nice, my IP starts with 185.207., shown in Romania.
Thank you, any looking glass?
Therefore, banning port 25 is a very good decision.
Thank you, I checked your looking glass and found that all your IPs are broadcast IPs, not native IPs. I believe broadcast IPs are usually flagged as VPNs.
