Looking for a Good Provider for Reselling VPS (DMCA Ignored & Abuse Flexible)

I'm looking for a DMCA-ignored, abuse-flexible dedicated server provider for a startup VPS reselling business. My priority is finding a provider outside the US that won’t suspend an entire dedicated server due to one abusive client. Ideally, the provider should be flexible with handling abuse reports by forwarding them instead of taking extreme actions.

Not sure if the upstream provider was the issue ("Ferdinand Zink trading as Tube-Hosting"), but I experienced random long outages and network instability.

I think Lithuania location you have is from serveroffer.lt, they always have random disconnects

alexhost does has network problems. I've used them.
else they were good for dmca.

For Moldova, from my experience, AvenaCloud network is rock solid. DMCA ignored too.

on there VPS / Dedicated they always have network maintenance for 1 hour once every 1 month and speed is 100mbps! not fully DMCA Ignored!

went with CooperShield, they have some issues, biggest outage was 10min

We are very flexible with abuse reports, but you need to contact us and telling us your project in order to provide the time to remove the content.

Regarding the network being slow, when you used our services? Which is the last time? We made recently <3months / <6months upgrades in our Network. Our intention is to make it better and improve always.

We have several locations with good connection to Europe, for example we recently launched France VPS with good connectivity
