VPS Providers that allow SMTP and emailing

Hello guys,
I need some recommendation of vps providers (not email hosting) that allow SMTP/s (port 25, 465, 587) and email access (port 143, 110, 993, 995).
Max. Budget is $4/month

Thank you very much

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get Mailbaby and use some $7 annual VPS from LET as SMTP Server?

Pretty much every hoster who has these ports closed opens them if you ask.

    This.
Just look around for a VPs you like, check there ToS or ask support. Save both the time and when you open the ticket give them the reason why and how you'll use the mail ports.

Also make sure you can actually set Reverse DNS records (for both IPv4 and IPv6), and check their IP space against DNSBLs

By default SMTP Port is blocked on our VPs nodes, but as long as it's not meant for bulk mailing or spamming, just submit a ticket with details we will open it for you

We are able to provide VPS that suit your needs. If you require these ports to be open this is easily done via a ticket after server activation.
