ISO storage box for private tracker torrents
I'm looking for the cheapest reliable LEB that an provide 512GB of storage space. I don't care about bandwidth, port speed, or CPU speed. The only thing that will be running there is a qbittorrent client connected to a private tracker.
I am assuming that a roll-your-own VPS would be cheaper than a managed box but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Why no care bout port speed?
How would you build up your ratio then?
The tracker I'm focusing on cares far more about uploading new torrents than seeding existing ones. I also don't download much... I mostly leech specific things I can't find anywhere else. I really only need to upload about 600 GB per year.
Oh, I also don't care about NVME. A plain, cheap HDD is fine. And it's obviously fine if the VPS bill and the storage are billed separately (although I'm yet to see a cheap VPS that allows for attached storage).
