Use a CDN such as Cloudflare the location origin will be minimal for US visitors

sorry but dunno. If u have to choose between RBX and GRA, go for GRA

yes. I want a rise-s us location, but now only fr location. so I'm considering to take a fr server now, if they have us later, then buy a us one, and cancel this one

GRA = West EU / USA optimized routes
RBX = North EU / East optimized routes
SBG = South EU / Africa / Middle East / Asia optimized routes.

This was before BHS/USA/Asia locations. and also before discovery locations which are UK, Germany, Poland.

For major ISPs, the pings are very similar regardless.

I'd say you'll be fine with any EU location other than Poland. Poland is too far to the east to give decent peering to NA. UK, Germany and all 3 datacenters in France (RBX, GRA and SBG), will peer quite similarly with a slight variation in ping. In my experience, alot of the traffic often reroutes through RBX. You can also check out OVH's looking glass to check the routes before hand.
