I bought an independent server a week ago and had promised to open it within a week, but now it has exceeded the deadline. Three days ago, they said they would open it on the same day, but after three more days, they still haven't opened it. They keep asking me to wait every day and requesting a refund, but they don't reply to the work order. They keep asking me to wait without any action

Paid attention thx mjj
@DartNode
I don't understand why it wasn't processed. After placing the order, they said they needed to order hardware, and I waited for a while. Later, they said the hardware had already arrived, and they waited for a few more days, but they just didn't open an order for me
They are just slow...

May I ask what you want to express
you need to close this thread before you get yourself arrested mate
Howdy!
I understand your frustration. We would love for the server to be up and going ASAP just as much as you. Please be aware you did pick an Operating System outside of our listed options. We of course aim to satisfy, and we perform custom OS installs without any additional charges or fees.
We are having some issues installing Windows 10 on the box, as some AM5 machines have trouble with the older Windows operating systems. This is a well known issue and is highly documented online, however the "remedy" isn't always the same, nor highly publicized.
I completely understand the stigma with the industry and how you might feel that you're being ignored or taken advantage of. For the sake of transparency, we have tried: 1. Different Drives, 2. Different OS media, 3. Additional drivers during setup, 4. Switching to a local installation media vs NAS 5. Switching to a different motherboard
All of the above were unsuccessful, and we exhaust all of our options before telling a customer "No". Every day that your server is not deployed your automatic delayed deployment credit continues to acrue. We keep the delayed deployment credit calculating from the start of your order. So even if it is delivered within our specified timeline, you still get credited for the unused time.
We are just as frustrated as you are, and despite installing Windows 10 hundreds of times before, both myself, @keoir, and the rest of our team has struggled getting it on your particular build.
I understand that you aren't able to see what goes on behind the scenes, but it surely isn't inaction.
If you'd like a refund, we can issue you a refund - If you want to see the quality of the box after it's been provisioned before making up your mind - that's okay too. We are more than willing to extend our refund window for circumstances like these.
Ultimately it's frustrating for the both of us, and we both lose - I can't blame you for being frustrated, but we also haven't been leaving it on the back burner either.
Balls in your court @tisu - At the end of the day, I just want to see y'all happy - As always, not here to keep anyones money against their will. Your order is an important part of the bigger picture, but no order is worth screwing someone over if they feel done wrong.
Feel free to respond publicly, or via DM, we don't intend to ever hide OR sweep our dirty laundry under the rug. Transparency is a core value of DartNode.

If you can't install win10, please help me install win11. If you can't install win11, please help me install a usable windows version.
Did you read the message? Have mercy.
So many dicks in this thread
As if the op, who is most likely frustrated as well, did something wrong.
I see that DarkNode has already explained the situation. Generally, providers only need to provide IPMI, allowing customers to freely choose the system to install.
If the provider is willing to offer installation services, it is best to communicate with the customer and explain the situation if any issues arise. Lack of transparency will only make the customer more anxious.
thanks for your hint!
