I need two servers one for hosting the website and another for video conversion.
First Server (Website Hosting):
Good CPU
32GB RAM
At least 500GB NVMe SSD storage
1Gbps unmetered bandwidth
DMCA Ignored
Second Server (Conversion):
Powerful CPU (AMD preferred)
At least 64GB RAM
At least 250GB NVMe SSD storage
1Gbps unmetered bandwidth
I need these two servers in budget of 100$

you need a dedicated server for your front end website? then you much have huge traffic
for "video conversion", you mean encoding? you don't really need a dedi to do the job, because powerful CPU costs, you should try VDS or a shared encoding RDP
you have the chance to do the job and control the cost under $100, but not order 2 dedicated server. you need change your setup
What do you suggest?
I'm getting around 10k visitors per day right now, which isn't much, but it's growing steadily. Users upload videos directly to the website, so the conversion happens on the same server where the files are stored.
Now, I'm separating everything:
Server 1: Main website
Server 2: Video conversion (encoding to different formats)
Server 3: File storage
For the size of the site you are overcomplicating things massively, you can do everything you wish from a single VDS/Dedicated server quite easily
My current dedicated server, which handles all three tasks, is reaching its limits. It’s an Intel Xeon E-2388G with 1Gbps unmetered bandwidth and 64GB RAM. Whenever users upload videos and the conversion process starts, the CPU runs at 90-96% until the process is complete.
Since the same server is also used for streaming video files, it's constantly running at 1Gbps, which is affecting the performance of the main website.
Instead of getting two separate servers, what if I get one powerful server to handle both the main site and video conversion? What do you think?
First, for front end website, you don't need much resource, i don't know your script, but you can easily code a front end with wordpress or something, with cache (redis, opcache) enabled. and put it behind cloudflare for low latency。if you code it right, 2C4G VPS/VDS is enough for 10k uv/day, which will cost you less than $10 per month. of course you are growing, so , start with 4C8G VPS/VDS
second, i recommend not put your encoding server and storage server together, that will cause buffering in my experience. for video encoding. no need buy a dedi, buy a powerful VDS like netcup root server (https://www.netcup.com/en/server/root-server), they have EPYC 9 CPU which is good for encoding. more CPU cores = less encoding time, you may try and adjust to find the best solution for you.
for storage server, don't know how much data you have, the price for HDD is around $1-$2/TB. and you need CDN for your content distribution.
looks the only problem you have right now is the CPU usage? that's easy, limit the encoding threads can lower the CPU usage, but will leads more encoding time
and, if you want lower your orgin server outgoing traffic, use CDN

Im sorry for 99 euro / monthly for that is criminal
It certainly doesn't take into account all the associated costs. Moldova's costs are high, especially in terms of the network. It's not as cheap as you think.
What's more, we have our own datacenter and electricity to pay for. We're not resellers in Moldova.
The costs are higher and we offer quality support. We invest a lot in the datacenter.
It's the same as expecting cheap bandwidth prices in Asian and other less developed countries.
Sometimes it's not just about the server itself, but the price of the port and other costs.
That's your opinion.

Thank you so much, i'll give it a try!!
Netcup servers are good, but they require verification, which I can't provide. Can you recommend any other hosting providers?
Netcup do has a verification, but you don't need provide your infomation, you can make a payment to verify, Paypal/credit card (prepaid card ok), it's not like hetzner which will scan your face to verify, i understand you are doing sencetive business, so grab a prepaid credit card (crypto friendly) is a must, or you will miss a lot of good providers
if you don't have them all, i don't have any good recommend at this monment. terabit has something similar (https://terabit.io/basically-dedicated), but they are out of stock
We got several dedicated Servers new on stock here: https://st-hosting.com/dedicatedserver

I made the prepayment for verification and got the server!!!
