    Strato.nl mate, I guess they are not on here, but they have vps mini which is 1vcore/1gb ram/30gb and unlimited traffic. billed quarterly for 1 euro per month..

    Sorry but 1core, 512mb ram and a 5gb add without a public ip is 3,6€ per month which is more than expensive then the 2c, 2gb, 60gb ssd costs 20 per year
