We'll be offering NeoProtect DDoS mitigation in Miami, Los Angeles, and Singapore / Johor Bahru, MY.

Nuremberg, DE will also receive DDoS mitigation filters for completely free soon, not through NeoProtect but through Dataforest.

While we offer mitigation by default across all VPS, this mitigation is basic and used to occasionally protect our network from attacks.

NeoProtect goes a step further, offering customized application filters that you can setup through our VPS panel. We offer filters for many games or applications, including Source Engine, Minecraft Java, FiveM, OpenVPN, DayZ, and more.

The mitigation is currently in beta. The current cost for mitigation is $4 per DDoS-protected IP per month. This is currently the beta pricing; as the product matures, we may adjust the pricing depending on certain factors.

Please understand that due to the increased bandwidth cost, some legacy plans may not be eligible for the mitigation. If this is the case, then we may ask you to upgrade to a regular plan or agree to a decreased bandwidth limit.

We will be creating a waitlist to add a DDoS-protected IP to your VPS. If you would like to join the waitlist, then please open a ticket. We will be inviting only a few customers at a time.
