Cherryservers has EPYC 9554P with 384gb ram 2x1tb nvme and 10g(they say 3g but its pretty much 8g) and 100tb of traffic
they even offer hourly billing for it incase you want to try it out for 1.5$ per hour
its 733$ a month tho.
