What is "high bandwidth allowance"? Are you looking for like 100TB or something? Or will 20-30TB work? If so I can offer you something in your price on Ryzen in Dallas TX or New Jersey with 32GB-48GB RAM.
Whatever you got we don't need crazy amount it was jut a general requirement at least 1tb of bandwidth a month
