As I put in the message to you previously about this migration the 7940HX and the 7945HX are almost identical in performance according to passmark 0.5-2% average difference.
I can take a look if you open a ticket but its unlikely running yabs once has throttled your VM. Whats more likely is higher memory bandwidth usage on the node you were moved to causing a lower GB6 score as its highly affected by available memory performance. As a CPU gets more handles and threads working it is generally going to decline in performance.
