Hello, I'm looking for a powerful server that can handle many browser instances

I found one at fiberstate but they don't accept crypto
Location can be almost anywhere
Allow me to boost clock the cpu so I can run more

Need Dual Xeon GOLD 6138 or similar processor something with many cores that can handle many browser maybe AMD EPYC cpu
1 28GB or more RAM
1 Gbps+ network
Storage can even be 256GB just need a fast SSD

Can pay up to 160$
