LightNode is a good provider, what is wrong with them that you will not consider them an option.
You'll have more options if you'll consider Tel Aviv, Vultr being one option in particular.
Must be Egypt.
LightNode - good provider but many of their IP addresses geolocate to Hong Kong. I did not try Egypt with them but others.

Thank you! Do you know where I can find their looking glass?
Egypt is a shit show lately.
Bad connectivity and non-stop increasing prices.
We have physical staff in the country, and I still won't place a server there. ;-(

The quality of work that requires cognitive skill lacks in Egypt. Their pilots fly like they’re about to crash too. Nothing good but just food and nature - that’s amazing.
But honestly. It’s hot as hell. Cooling expense is very high.
Many years ago, there was a LEB host from Egypt, CityNetHost.com, that regularly advertised their crappy VPS offers.
Don't know what happened to them, though.
While Egypt has many many submarine cables passing through, the landing stations are not necessarily peered domestically. The domestic internet is generally poor thus do not justify much international investments and peerings.
Most likely it costs too much. Exotic locations like Egypt are more expensive.
Have you checked LDC?
OP plan to get cheap subscriptions like Netflix, Apple One?
They changed their name to BinaryRacks and are moving all their servers to London this month.
Maybe Cloudsigma?
@ericjun Have you managed to move your servers? If not, what kind of requirements do you have? Rackspace or colocation? Are you moving physical servers? If not, what specs do you need?
