Caasify Review: terrible services and support, just stay away from them

So a while ago, I saw a provider named caasify on LET with their VPN offers (v2ray protocol). I live in Iran and no other vpn works, our only option is to use v2ray protocol (Iran government users some version of the great firewall that was developed by Chinese government).

I was a bit suspicious of Caasify and they seemed like a Iranian company pretending to be from some other place (lithuania or some other place). So I did a bit of digging and found out they're actually an Iranian company. So I was a bit skeptical about buying VPN from an Iranian company pretending to be from somewhere else, but eventually thinking that I don't do anything illegal and considering their really low prices, I got a bunch of vpn services for myself and my family (the vpn that's 3gb free and then turns into a pay-as-you-go service).

after a while, I saw some other offer from them, 1tb for 1 euro with no time limit. So I deleted my previous services and got 2 of them (late January or Early February). But suddenly, both of the 1tb services stopped working (around February 27th). At first I thought maybe the government has tightened the gfw for a while and everything will be fine so I didn't think much of it. But then I tested some other v2ray vpns and they were working fine, so I checked the caasify website to check on the services, that was when I realized that both of my 1tb vpn services were deleted. So I opened a ticket asking about why they'd gotten deleted.

Their answer was:

You can check your service usage on the dashboard by clicking on the cloud invoice button.

I checked there, there was nothing (just an invoice of 0.000 euro which was not for either of the 1tb vpn services).

Then I clarified that I had 2 1tb vpn services and that they were gone without a trace. Their answer was:

We could not found any services by your email.

I had changed my email address on their website a while back so I provided the old email address along with the link of my vpn subscription. This was their answer "You have only one active VPN on your account before changing the email. Also there are three deleted VPN on your account"

Again, they didn't answer my question about 2 services that were gone so I asked again. this was their answer:

Your two orders has been deleted at 2025-02-27.
You do not have enough balance for those orders.

At that time, I was like wtf do you mean I didn't have enough balance? these services were advertised as 1tb for 1 euro and I had already paid for them. And I knew for a fact that I hadn't used 2tb of data in one month (people that are in iran know with the shitty internet speeds we have it't not even possible).

So, again, I clarified that these services were prepaid. I had already paid for them and my balance shouldn't have affected them. this was their answer:

Services has monthly traffic limit but each day your traffic usage will be checked with the remaining balance to make sure you won't have over traffic usage.

At this point I was getting really frustrated because the support doesn't seem to be aware of their services at all. So I came to LET, copied their offer and sent it to the support team. here's their offer:

VPN 1TB:
Traffic: 1TB
Price: €1.0/Unlimited Time
Locations: Netherlands, Turkey, USA, Australia, UK, Germany

As you can see, there's no speak of monthly traffic limit nor checking traffic hourly with remaining balance. You pay 1 euro, you get 1000gb of free traffic. you can use the 1tb in one day, you can use it in one year. At this point with what they said, I thought that the offer was misleading and the 1 euro I paid was only for the offer (with no free traffic) and I had to pay extra for each gb of traffic that I used (which would make sense for my service to be deleted this way since I didn't have much balance left).

So I asked about it, and they refused again. They just said that they didn't have any prepaid services (which doesn't make sense since they have the 1tb offer for which you pay 1 euro and get 1000gb of traffic which basically makes it prepaid). And they said something ridiculous, here's what they said:

One of your orders with ID: 11481 and Clue: skWcIZAJEnF1JAqsU4P6 created at 2024-12-06 used too much traffic.
The product of this order is our First VPN package that allow you to use only 3GB of traffic but the traffic usage of your order was 200GB (we have all records). You paid 2Euro for this order.

This was the service that I said I was using before. I had already paid for it and after I got the 1tb services, I deleted this one. I don't know what high usage of a service 2 months ago (which has been already paid for) while the service has been deleted one month ago has to do anything with 2 other unrelated services. At this point it just shows how clueless they are about their services.

also as a cherry on top, every time they answered the tickets, they would just close the ticket without considering if they've solved the issue or not. This is really unprofessional.

I know that 2 euro isn't that much and it's not worth talking about. I'm just posting this for anyone considering buying anything from them. I'll post my cloud invoices and images of the tickets so you can decide for yourself if you want to deal with them or not.

TL;DR

Got 2 1tb vpn services from caasify, they deleted them at the same time for no reason (saying that I didn't have enough balance for a service that was basically prepaid and then saying they didn't have any prepaid services - while the 1tb vpn service is basically prepaid). they don't even know what services they have and what their offers are. really unprofessional and lackluster support.

Here are my December and January cloud invoices. I was using the 3gb free then pay-as-yo-go services.
https://ibb.co/qMX0212D
https://ibb.co/wXYGJgj

As you can see, for February, I only have 2 1 euro cloud invoices (for the 1tb vpn services) and then a 0 euro invoice for another vpn service that's on the 3gb free and I'm not using at all. I deleted the other vpn services that I was using in the previous paying cycles and stopped using them, hence no invoice for them.
https://ibb.co/39nMmjK2

here's the March cloud invoices. again a 0 euro invoice for the 3gb vpn service that I'm not using.
https://ibb.co/zWfVCftr

The vpn service that I receive 0 euro invoices for. As you can see it's just sitting there idling. I don't use it.
https://ibb.co/RkVdNSp2

Here's their vpn offers. clearly saying how much free traffic they have.
https://ibb.co/ns1nkwX0

Here's the 1tb offer. I had used ~100gb of it when they got deleted.

From those "supposed" (aka it's not like I don't trust OP, I just don't trust anybody :D) this seems like support didn't even read the messages - they had a mission, didn't check anything, just throwed some random words fitting theirs narrative.

Nothing about their ads inspired me to consider them a legitimate provider so I find none of this surprising. Buyer beware!

They aren't a provider, they just resell services from other providers. They are a "Resell As A Service" marketplace

In fairness they keep advertising VPN services so I can understand how the customer could have been mislead.
But with no technical knowledge needed( or customer support knowledge) it's easy to see how this ends up here. The middle man concept in this looks to be the shitshow one could expect.

Traffic: 1 TB (for vpn is misleading)
if customer is paying 1 euro or whatever per month then the traffic can be for 1 month and has to renew with new 1 TB after that, unless specified that it is for 1 day or 1 year.
Selling monthly vpn with monthly traffic/transfer is pretty standard in the industry.

  • I used their 8G2C Indian VPS and somehow ended up feeling scammed of my 5.5 euros. Even worse than Contabo. Performance, support, and everything else.

    chargeback yesterday

  • impressive, not even a response from provider. I'll take @caasify silence as proof how messy their business are.

I skim read it and there's no tldr, but I get the gist.

Didn't use it because I didn't think data would be safe, thought it's just for one off stuff, not really anonymous either, so I can't see the benefit and in that case I may as well be signing up to trials and promos elsewhere as I have autofill and it doesn't take long at all...

Alright and I'm going for a dig now, but what do people use it for? To make things a bit simpler? Ain't everyone installing Linux and typing a shit load of code so what's the big deal going direct to providers. There isn't even a massive discount last time I checked it's normal prices. Makes no sense to me.

  • i consider them spam entirely

I consider them the same as those ridiculous mobile game ads. Their threads are laughable at best.

I had a VPS with them for about 4 months, and my server was suddenly deleted. When I logged into the client area, I saw that my server had disappeared. I opened a support ticket to ask why, and they told me it was due to a zero credit balance in my account.

I checked and saw that my balance was indeed $0, but they usually send an email when the balance is low. This time, I received no notification about the balance and never got a VPS termination email, everything just disappear.

I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone - the support team has zero knowledge.

rarely use vpn, i read this and just logged in and realized that the balance was gone 🤣

i loaded like $30 on their platform to give it a try and not even 15 minutes later asked for a refund because its garbage

they dont read tickets either, they open it, spit words and close it until you threaten them with a chargeback; then they’re suddenly very attentive to what you said

  • Wow the people who advertise a marketplace where you don't need any technical expertise really seems like the deadpoolers dream. And they delivered.
As I said in their thread in December, the customer is the one who's gunna get screwed by their goofy model.

    Hello @Noobj
We are sorry for the inconvenience that you faced.

@Noobj said: was a bit suspicious of Caasify and they seemed like a Iranian company pretending to be from some other place (lithuania or some other place).

Yes, we are Persians based in Lithuania. You can easily verify this by visiting the company's LinkedIn profile, where you’ll find information about our participation in Lithuanian and European startup events, including the Web Summit in Portugal and CloudFest in Germany.

As mentioned in the support ticket, we do not provide prepaid services. Our platform operates on a pay-as-you-go model. For example, you can activate a service costs €10 even if your balance is below €1.

Regarding VPN usage: the first 3 GB of traffic is provided free of charge. Once this limit is exceeded, charges apply based on the amount of additional data used. In your case, you used 200 GB, then deleted the VPN and purchased two new VPN accounts. Since your balance did not cover the previous usage, the new accounts were automatically disabled.

Regarding reselling: while some offers, such as Hetzner, follow a reseller model, we also provide our own services — including VPN, DirectAdmin, and VPS — from locations like Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Sweden.

Finally, in terms of quality and pricing, we offer more flexibility than most hosting providers. You can order a VPS for less than €1. However, if performance is important to you, you also have the option to pay slightly more for higher-speed, more reliable infrastructure with the same technical specs.

I'm pretty sure you haven't even read the post and you don't even know how your services work. I have provided everything and you're still saying the generic shit you were saying in the tickets.

But since you're having trouble understanding, let me say it in sinpler terms for you.

I got two 1tb 1£ vpns. On your website, in order to buy each of these, you have to pre-pay 1£, in return you'll get 1tb of free traffic. After you use 1tb of traffic, it turns into payg service.

Since the service above made more sence, i deleted 3gb payg vpns and bought two of these.

After one and a half month, you just deleted both of them providing no clear usage record. You were clueless about your services just like you are now, saying "we don't have prepaid services".

I was pretty sure i hadn't used 1tb in a month on any of the services i had bought, so the free traffic should have remained even if i had a small amount of balance which i did.

Also fyi, after the shitty experience, I got v2ray vpns from a provider that actually provides clear usage records. In my last purchase, i only used 135gb in 2 months.

And also your response to the post (except for the generic part that i replied on) was just an ad for your services.

Anyways, with the shitty support and services and unclear usage records and clueless staff, I still recommend everyone to just stay away from you.

To order the 1 TB VPN, you do not need to prepay. As I explained in the last post, you can even order without a balance.

Two invoices i got for the two 1tb vpn services i bought from you.

I don't know how you've changed your policies since then. But as you can see, i got two 1tb vpns and I got two invoices for them which i paid and it deducted it from my balance.

I've wasted enough time on this. I've explained my experience, I also have provided screenshots for everything. It's for the members to decide to trust you or not.
