My mistake. We just filled up our France based server and this offer (and the IPs) are based off Canada.
The test IPs provided are correct though.

so you need read How to Install a Python WSGI Application and the 'Enable Dependencies" is not enable in Application Manager from CPanel. In these times, SSH access is absolutely necessary. So.. future clients..take note.

cPanel allows you to setup Python and NodeJS applications without the need for SSH access. 'Enable dependencies' gets automatically enabled if the application is setup correctly.
So SSH is not at all a requirement for setting up a Python application!
VPS is the way to go for the ones who require shell access.
For all the good reasons, from security perspective, we do not offer SSH access (not even jailed shell) on our shared hosting plans.
For the clients information currently they have Python v3.9 and PIP v21.3.1 setup on their servers. Take note if you want deploy python apps.
