Their hardware, service, and network quality are continuously improving, and 99% of issues are resolved efficiently and properly. With the same hardware and 10Gbps network, their prices are also very competitive.
They have recently strengthened their network connections in the Asia-Pacific region, and after connecting with PCCW and HE networks, they have become even more friendly to users in the Asia-Pacific area. Even during peak times, their performance remains impressive.
