Hello,
I’m looking for a VPS that can reliably sustain 1Gbps speeds for bandwidth and traffic that can accommodate over 100TB monthly.
The specs for ram/cpu/storage etc are irrelevant to me, Im mostly concerned with traffic speed and bandwidth.
A single IPV4 IP is sufficient for my needs. IPV6 is a bonus though lol.
Also, for the location, I’m not particularly picky but EU / Asia would be great, however don’t let that stop you from posting your offer if you meet the other criteria.

There nearly impossible get any asia location on that price range, but you can consider up your budget little bit. There Dedicated MD17/MD27 from @PulsedMedia which you can push 300Mbps 95th percentile / 100 TB/mo on their 1Gbps lineup

Can I get a YABS for this
Generally issues arise when customers attempt to abuse the services that causes huge impact to other customers or we start to have IP addresses blacklisted for abuse, we always reach out to the customer with a view to resolve matters, the main issue is when the customer decides to ignore the requests to resolve issues or signs up without discussing the their true needs for traffic, although we offer unmetered subject to the fair use policy if a customer contacts us and advises I will be using around 100TB for example we are happy to review that and make notes on the account it has been agreed, we only have issues when a customer signs up, attempts to hammer the traffic 24/7 without having the a discussion first.
If you are using the service for torrents that is fine, if a DMCA arrives we would send it to you and request it is resolved within 24 hours, if we do not hear at that point we may impose server suspensions

I plan to use the VPS as a VPN (wireguard for iptables forwarding) for torrenting on private trackers, and since you are aware with my expected traffic levels hopefully there won't be any issues. And to address IRC Chat rooms, I'll just be connecting to a few simply just to auto start downloads. Additionally, I understand your stance on DMCA requests and will be responsive and resolve it with you should any arise.
Please let me know how we can proceed by suggesting a plan that would best suit my needs.

Sure, the speed was done with 1Gbps shared, the minimium is 300Mbps, usually can be higher than that, depending of the hours.

24-72 hour setup depending when you order such as weekends it takes more towards the 72 hours.
I would suggest OVH VPS or Oneprovider (Scaleway) dedi. They are fully unmetered and 1Gbit.
We said the minimum, there may be cases in which there is some congestion on the network, hence indicating that 1Gbps is shared. And at any time you can also have 800Mbps, 850Mbps or 900Mbps around that.
There may be periods of time when the speed is below the minimum, just open a ticket and we will analyse and monitor if there is anything.
We can't compare the network in Romania with the Republic of Moldova; in Romania it's slightly cheaper than in Moldova.
Where did you see a VPS for €26.40 in Romania? In YABS shows Romania, but all our Dedicated Servers are in Republic of Moldova.
You can always use our Ryzen VPS with 1Gbps of 99TB of bandwidth. But vCores are not dedicated. While the 26.40 dedicated server does have dedicated resources.

No disrespect but the minimum speed is too low for my use case hence me outlining importance of being able to reliably use 1gbps in the post, spending 50 euros for guaranteed 1gbps just doesnt make sense at that price. Thanks though.
