Frankfurt Colo Question

I've got a server I need to colo in Frankfurt. It's 150 watts, I need IPMI. I was thinking about going with 23m, but I know there's a lot of options in Frankfurt. I'm based on the west coast US and am not really familiar with colo providers there. Are there significantly better providers that I'm missing? 23m only charges 47.50 Euros for space, power and 250 mbps of their transit.

Just FYI: 23M's price does not include power consumption, if you for example use 100W in average, it's around 25€ per month more.
