MassiveGRID News up to Feb 28th 2025
- In October we launched our first offer expires tomorrow!
We got very useful feedback and we've launched or completed the following updates / upgrades:
- Capacity Upgrades in all our Clusters - Completed and we'll continue to add CPU, RAM and Storage capacities as needed.
- Version upgrades in all our Clusters for improved stability. We observed service interruptions especially in December in some nodes of our clusters - after the upgrades we regained the stability we wanted.
- Storage performance upgrades. We completed the performance upgrade at New York region, we'll roll out the same upgraded storages in all our regions.
- OS installation and re-installation performance. We're rolling out OS templates improving the speed of OS installation & re-installation as well as certain functionalities such as choosing the initial root password. - It'll be rolled out on Tuesday!
- Control panel upgrade that will allow us to offer functionalities such as snapshots, backups, internal networking and many more! Control panel upgrade is scheduled for this Thursday!
- We plan to roll out IPv6 by end of March or first 2 weeks of April.
- We plan to roll out API by end of March as well

We'll keep you posted for the developments we want to make - feel free to make any suggestions and tell us what you'd like!

I’m confused. Can we have an insight to your finances or something?
For IPv6 which size prefix are you deploying - /64, /56 ? Also are you deploying IPv6 as a routed prefix?
You promised a disk io and a cpu geekbench improvement in the first 3 months of 2025, so i guess its finally coming.
I clicked this discussion fully expecting it to be a closure notice.
I may be an idiot, but how do you screw up setting root/user passwords in a preseed or kickstart??
Honestly same here lol
We do not trust claims of future projections.
We only trust running code that actual realize the features.
Our opinion of MassiveGRID remains the same.
I thought this would be a Deadpool notice. I was wrong.
