Looking for a dedicated server in NA (USA/Canada)

Hello, I'm looking for a dedicated server (~60 USD per month), open to yearly commitments. It should have the following:

• 64 gb ram ECC
• nvme ssd raid0 1 or 2 TB
• 1gbps uplink
• no blacklisted ip (possible to have additional ip)
• ipmi
• uefi
• ftpm
• secure boot
• iGPU (not required but nice to have)

I plan on hosting nextcloud, gitea, minecraft, synapse, mail server. I don't mind if it is Intel Core or Ryzen. Thanks to any responses.
