The 10 years experience is the collective experience of our team, a commonly used metric with companies that are newer. You are correct we were only registered in 2023 but our team members have been in the industry for multiple years.

Sure, if that is the math that you choose to display for you and your team and it is appropriate in the industry you are working in, by all means. As I said the 10 years experience is what our team as a whole collectively bring to the table. As we are a newer company that is what we had chosen to do while we grow and expand our tenure in the market.
I assure you that the rules were read, this was a slight oversight that was corrected immediately without question.
We’ve been in talks with Elcro for a few months before moving our hardware to their rack. It was easy for us since they’re in the same facility as our old colo provider (1515 Round Table). I first spoke with management after hearing about them from others in the game hosting space back in August/September-ish.
Nothing but a positive experience from me.

Do you have direct dealings? Offering colocation is a very secure service because you can leave your clients hanging. Good luck with that.

We are not directly with ShiftHosting in terms of the space, but we do utilize them for IP transit, yes. Our space contracts are secured under contract with the DC and Shift for transit. We understand the ramifications of colocation as a service and take every step possible to make sure our clients are taken care of.
Secondly, I agree with your statement, and that is why we do not mark the 10 years portion as how long the company itself has been in business. We are showcasing the knowledge of our team until our company has been around for a longer period of time.

I looked at their shifthosting rack in the datacenter
Sometimes it's good to tell the truth because sometimes lying to get clients is bad, you don't get sales
Some people have 10 years of experience in computer engineering, but imagine publishing your website and saying you have 30 years of experience but not in business, it's counterintuitive
