I don't guess that going to happen as WHMCS has increased prices.

I doubt your going to find an owned WHMCS license for $160, I'm sure you can find a Blesta unbranded license or maybe even ClientExec for probably less, but they are cheaper billing software than WHMCS.
mmm ... i finally suggest to buy from whmcs directly. anyway waiting another day for second hand licence. i think no luck.
The only way to get a WHMCS license cheap, is with a web host.
