Transfer now / WeTransfer Opensource Equivalents - what do you use!

Hey LET!
we are looking for a WeTransfer /Transfer now equivalent that we can use to send clients large files. quite often 10GB +
i know there is the likes of nextcloud onedrive google drive ect , but is there a opensource platform we can host that is like transfer now , that anyone has used and had a good experience with?

or plainly simple pomf clones..... there are too many choices......
We put the file on our HTTP server and email the link.
We tell the recipient to download within a week.
When we run out of space, we delete the oldest file.

Easiest to just spin up on a VM/storage node with docker available and tons of space.
This is why we can't have nice things!
My favourite i think is Pingvin. But I tend to just use swisstransfer (not self hosted)
