We can offer Intel or AMD Ryzen VPS in Ohio. Take a look at some offers here: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/202677/linveo-com-amd-ryzen-9-kvm-vps-with-1gb-ram-and-nvme-disk-from-2-10-month-ohio-texas-arizona
Can vouch for @lnx in Ohio, rock solid
Yea, I considered it before but the "obscene speech" and "abusive speech" parts of the AUP don't seem to be very pro free speech
Didn't I just do that though?
For ohio: https://clients.microtronix-tech.com/index.php?rp=/store/kvm-vps
Slightly above budget, but you should send a ticket and ask their content policy. They have a bible verse in the header. Not sure if that makes them more aligned/against whatever you want to host, but worth a shot.
"You agree not to abuse whether verbally [...] whether in person, via email or telephone or otherwise [...] (c) any other person [...]"
Doesn't seem very pro free speech sadly

I meant combine both to one
Threats of violence aren't covered by freedom of speech.
We can do:
2vcpu
4gb ram
30gb Storage
2tb on 10gb
1 IPv4 & /64 IPv6
$7.50/month or $45/year

Abuse is pretty vague and covers far more than that
Your website says "New York" but your terms of service says "New Jersey", are your servers physically in New York or are they in New Jersey?
I'm just trying to make sure this is right, if it is then I'm probably going to get the yearly plan in the next few days
Our NYC location is located within Telehouse Teleport in New York City, the company is based out of New Jersey.
https://charityhost.org/vps-ssd
$8/mo or $88/yr
2 vCPU | E5-2699 v4
2 GB RAM
55 GB SSD
2 TB Bandwidth
1 ipv4 / 1 ipv6 /64 network
NorthEast USA Ohio
Can double your ram for this to 4 GB
It's a bit subjective if you put it in that sense. Offending some people is not always abuse, but when directly intended to harm and damage without justified and good cause in my opinion is abuse. Speaking factual matters that are verifiable and proven by subject matter expert consensus and offending others in the process is still freedom of speech and not abusive specially when the end goal has benign or good message and purpose.
Example: Calling out Trump as a selfish, greedy, and blatant lyer is not abuse, it's factual and verifiable.
Will Pennsylvania work for you? We're about as free speech as you'll find here.
Fair. Either way, from my personal experience, AUPs mean nothing. If they want you out, they will get you out. If they want to keep you, they will keep you.
@crunchbits or Incognet should be able to help. Both have neither locations you're looking for though.
I can vouch for the quality of @MannDude's services.
where in the desolate lowlands of nj?
Based out of northern NJ, Morris County to be more specific. We don't host any servers in NJ, just business formation.
thank you. we visited the usa last summer and spent 4 weeks in nj. roughly freehold / belmar. we really liked it. (except for the very restrictive laws regarding guns anyway and also regarding magazines. wanted to buy cheap magazines for my sport pistol, unfortunately almost impossible in nj).
I'm not sure I've ever seen an offer for Alaska.
@yoursunny has spare capacity in Alaska.
yeah, our gun laws are quite restrictive, western or southern states would probably be more friendly to that kind of thing.
We don't, sorry.
Our partner, Santa Claus, offers service in the North Pole, which is a city in Alaska.
You can find Santa Claus representative in your local shopping center, every year between late November and really December.
That's the problem, it wouldn't because of a law PA passed during the covid years, seemingly like half the states did during that time too. Just to be clear, you and Crunchbits were my original choices but the locations of the servers wouldn't allow it.
Honestly it's probably going to be behind Cloudflare anyway so I doubt it would get many abuse emails, getting dropped isn't as big an issue as getting sued I guess.
Even doe Santa Claus is Quebecois, postal code H0H 0H0

What exactly are you referring to? I can't find any reference to laws passed by PA during 2020-2021 regarding restrictions on free speech. Or really any other states.

Being annoying and anonymous is illegal in PA apparently, it is one of the exceptions where it's not the set of laws I was previously talking about that's the issue
I have to send the archive because it won't load on TOR for some reason
I think we have very different definitions of "free speech".
We who? You do not have a Patron tag do you?
