Anyone have an idea whats going on? My guess is that it has something to do with them hosting libgen and similar sites in the past.

My conspiracy is that they have been pull the plug by their DC, with coordination of NPU.
and it's odd that all their IP got pulled off the routing unannounce.
Had to Google this, it's the National Police of Ukraine.
This would make sense. URDN hosts a shit ton of piracy people, and Ukraine sure loves the US at this point in the conflict.
