I'm looking for a VPS with a minimum configuration of 1 core and 2 GB of memory. The location is not restricted, but it would be ideal to have good connectivity to both Asia and the Americas. Preferably, the monthly traffic should exceed 5 TB.

    1I dont think core 2gb 5tb bw and good connectivity to Aaia nd America under 2$ is not possible unless commit yearly

    I've heard that some new vendors offer significant discounts when selling their first batch of VPS? Or maybe Christmas discounts? Is it really impossible to find such VPS deals?

    Not many providers would let you pay monthly at that amount, since a big chunk of those 2 dollars (or less) would end up being eaten by payment processor fees.

    Significant discounts are not charity
    Season or event discount are very limited time and you have to sniping or hunt it yourself

    No neither link works, Aeza doesn't like internal linking. HostBill does this as well.
    It works only until the browser session expires perhaps.
