Looks pretty normal and what you should expect for a 2 core Ryzen VPS.
VDS is marketing bullshit.
The VDS Single core performance seems to be as it should be, just Google for 7950X3D geekbench and compare. But i agree with the previous message, VDS might be Marketing bullshit because you can't say for sure that these cores are dedicated for you.
