i will not say scam, but i should really worried when you offering the vps, where you state it very clearly on 1 customer 1 vps, but there are some one who bought it like 10 or more. worried there are some abuse on the node where my vps is hosted on your service. but so far still good for me.

I have a "$7/year" Japan memory upgrade (2GB), but it’s not recurring. It’s essentially the same as the current 1GB version being sold (in terms of VPS network). I think LET has a lot of YABS for it, but they are buried under the news about the doubling, making them hard to find... The YABS performance is pretty average... but the bandwidth is indeed 200Mbps.
on their first post, they have posted YABS, I think they have similar specs so it might be it or close to it
We do indeed enforce a limit of one VPS per person, but it is possible that some users have registered multiple accounts.
if it is allowed, then no need to limit it on 1 person.
there are a risk that will be abuse, i dont know if you as provider is think about it or not
or only think can sell as many as you can and dont care if there are abuse
