Looking for dedicated AMD servers in Romania

I am looking for a dedicated AMD server in Romania, with a preference for Zen 4. This server will be "sliced" using Incus and will be used for hosting the business side of our company, so think things like Hashicorp Vault, our server management platform, our website, our customer portal, and the like.

We need a reputable company, something like Hetzner, OVH, or Scaleway, but with servers in Romania. In the ideal world, the company would be incorporated in Romania too, but we'd accept anything in inside the EU or from a member of the EFTA.

If there is a hardware failure, we need replacements like Hetzner does it, we can't have days of downtime while we wait for a replacement part.

An API isn't a requirement, but would make things a lot easier, as we plan to order more servers with time and would like to automate that and integrate it with our server management platform if possible.

Requirements:

• CPU: Anything from AMD, preferably EPYC Zen 4, but we'd go for Ryzen too.
• RAM: We'd like to standardize with 128GB, but less is fine for the first server.
• Storage: 4x NVMe disks of any capacity for RAID 6 or 10.
• IP addresses: 2x IPv4 initially, but we need the ability to request more.
• Connection: 1 GBit/s

Besides the requirements above, I also need to be able to upload an ISO to handle OS install and change BIOS settings to ensure things like AMD SEV and TPM are enabled. If we could enable secure boot too, that'd be a bonus.

Budget is anywhere from $150 to $250 per month, but we're flexible and open for discussion, as long as amounts aren't crazy. We were really interested in DataPacket.com, but 1 Gbps bandwidth shoots a Ryzen 5 7600 with 16GBs of RAM and 2x SSDs to $315 per month.

I assume this will be hard to come by, but it doesn't hurt to ask ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Network is not the best (especially outbound), Ryzen 9950x, 128GB RAM and 4x1TB NVME is priced at 200€/month. Could make a ticket for custom ISO's and BIOS settings.

I took a look at them recently, but wasn't sure if they were a reliable company or not. What's your experience with them?

There are not many providers in Romania that offer servers with AMD CPUs, and I don't think you will find one within your budget if you expect Hetzner prices.

There is zetservers.com, but it comes with an unmetered network, so the prices are higher than your low budget. Maybe they can give you an offer that fits your needs.
