Need Linux KVM VPS in US with High-Speed Networking

Looking for a low-mid tier KVM Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) VPS with 4GB ram 2 vCPU for less than $10 per month, I'm open to higher offers but prefer lower than this - ideally multiple US locations with good peering and fiber backhaul is a MUST. Need at least 7GBPS networking, and more than 5 locations total across west, central, east US. Going to use this as a starting point for a networking core before investing in bare metal, biggest need for me is good networking.
I'm currently using Misaka's SJC datacenter (https://www.misaka.io/locations/sjc10) since I live very close to the datacenter and they have phenomenal peering, but the cost is definitely a premium price, and they have few US datacenters. I was considering swapping to GCP, Azure, AWS, or the other big providers, but I wanted to ask on here first in case there were some hidden gems that I'm missing.

I can recommended LA (West) @Advin Premium KVM which start with 6$ for 2vcpu 4GB RAM and 2 TB Bandwidth

We use CDN77 in Miami + Los Angeles, NOCIX in Kansas City, and GSL (via Dedicated.com) in New Jersey. All locations have 10G VMs by default except for Kansas City which is >40G.

CDN77 has some of the best networks in the US with a diverse range of T1 upstreams.
