Concerns with DartNode's Support: Unresolved Ticket for Over a Month
It's been approximately 1 month since DartNode last replied to my ticket, and despite my multiple attempts to contact them, I haven't received any response. They claim to offer 24/7/365 Support, so why has it taken so long for someone to attend to my ticket? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

No post the ticket here, take screenshots and hide sensetive info
still no response
Post ticket information here , you can hide sensitive information like name
Posting LET doesnt make provider instant reply you as emergency ticket
These kinds of desperate contact threads with no content should be banned.
Either you post a real review, preferably with proof, or you use other ways to contact your hosting provider.
Totally with you. Or at the very least moved to offtopic so they dont get search indexed and hurt brands unnecessarily
What exactly do you need proof of? Did you even read what the OP's problem is?
I have a slightly different opinion about posting ticket content. People often demand to know if, even when the host doesn't dispute it, which is just silly.
Right now, the main concern of the OP is that the host disappeared and hasn't responded for a long period of time. So why are you so eager to know the content of the ticket?
If the host appears here and justifies their disappearance by disputing the content of the ticket, then sure. But right now, I don't care why the OP opened a support ticket, and neither should you.
Just wait to see what's going on and demand ticket content disclosure if there's a reason for it. The disappearance of a host, per se, should not have anything to do with the ticket content unless the host considers the ticket resolved already, but that's for the host to explain.
Maybe support already replied to him 10 times and just got tired of copy-pasting the same thing 🙂
There's a difference between "help my nulled wordpress plugin ins't working" and the provider saying "this is an unmanaged service and we can't help you" then not answering the 'multiple attempts to contact them'.
and "help i can't access my server" and the provider not answering at all. This is why ticket info is important. Seeing as how OP is ignoring everything everyone is saying to them I'm going to guess it's more likely to be the former.
It's normal with them, it took 3 weeks to set up some rDNS for me
Perhaps. The host can always explain that. The OP may disagree, and then the ticket content request becomes justified for us to understand and/or judge who's right and wrong.
No, it's not, unless there's a dispute regarding the ticket content. Seeing the ticket is helpful for us to judge when the host and OP can't agree on something related to the ticket.
Right now, there's nothing like that, it's just a bunch of generalized "we need to see the ticket content" even though the OP does not dispute the host's response to the ticket but the long term disappearance.
And don't get me wrong, sometimes the reason for not responding anymore is justified, but that's for the host to explain. If the two of them can't agree on this, have different views on how the issue in the ticket was handled, then and only then has sense to disclose ticket content.
Thank you all for your attention. If DartNode does not address the ticket within a week, I will publicly disclose the content of the ticket. Thank you all again!
@DartNode ur trash is offline again, it would be nice to answer also tickets...
