FAQ

Why didn't my order deploy?

If your order didn't automatically deploy, it means it was flagged by the system for manual review. We'll review it and get back to you, often times we will push it through unless it's hitting multiple indicators (eg, fraud).

What's this fraud thing?

If your order was blocked by our fraud checker, just open a ticket and inquire, our staff will look into it. We do not automatically review fraud-flagged orders, only when a ticket is created we will look into it.

I paid, why does it say it's not paid?

If you paid via Credit Card/Debit Card, and your order is not marked as paid but you see a transaction, that is simply a hold done by the payment processor -- we did not collect your money. Your bank will automatically release that hold, we can't expedite it -- this usually takes anywhere between 3 to 31 business days depending on who you bank with, the average seems to be 3 business days however. You can contact your bank for specifics on when a hold will get released. You should try your payment again, or another payment method (eg, PayPal or Crypto).

What's in the pipeline for Terabit?

We're working on a few things currently, as always here's our progression:

  • Amsterdam deployment completed (Feb 4th)
  • Amsterdam has additional nodes on the way to support more capacity (ETA Feb 10th)
  • Negotiations for Auckland, NZ have been finalized. Upstreams have been arranged. No ETA for final deployment as of yet, we will post once we have an update.
  • We added the additional 200Gbps of mitigation capacity to our network as arranged previously. We increased our bandwidth commitments with multiple upstreams to support bandwidth needs of our clients.
  • We have begun the deployment of 3 Shared Hosting servers: 1 in Canada, 1 in US, 1 in Europe. We will deploy one in Auckland once the POP is live as well. No ETA for finalization, but keep an eye out for some smashing annual-only plans!
  • We've got more in the pipeline, but this is all I can share for now! (Check us out next week!)

Long Live The Rats.

SEM53N7FTZ should get you there, within LET price guidelines. That's the best we can do, though.

Your ticket was answered, in future please stick to tickets when inquiring about fraud flags. Asking on multiple platforms will not expedite a response.

@SilverCreek What exactly does "Premium Transit" mean? Is that to include your 6Tbit or 200 tbit (depending on which page you're reading it on) DDoS protection?

With DDoS protection, are we allowed to add/change any rules, or is it just "always on"?

"Basically dedicated", are we allowed to blast 100% on all cores 24/7, or is there AUPs to adhere to? Your current public AUP only talks about bandwidth, nothing else.

Which CPUs are available in Amsterdam and Kansas?

    Thanks!

What exactly does "Premium Transit" mean? Is that to include your 6Tbit or 200 tbit (depending on which page you're reading it on) DDoS protection?

Premium Transit runs over more transit providers (Comcast, TATA, Sparkle Italia, etc), and has up to 200Tbit of volume mitigation.

With DDoS protection, are we allowed to add/change any rules, or is it just "always on"?

Yes, we have a full firewall manager.

"Basically dedicated", are we allowed to blast 100% on all cores 24/7, or is there AUPs to adhere to? Your current public AUP only talks about bandwidth, nothing else.

Our Standard TOS & AUP applies here, we do prioritize the core utilization over traditional VPS instances. We've never had to ask anyone to reduce their usage, and we'd like to keep it that way. We have plenty of overhead left on our hypervisors intentionally to account for higher usage.

Which CPUs are available in Amsterdam and Kansas?

Kansas has a mixture of Xeon E5v3 & E5v4 with EPYC 7742's. Amsterdam has a mixture of EPYC blends, from 7402P to 7742, with some new batches on the way as well.

Standard just contains NTT + GTT. Premium contains those and number more upstreams such as TATA, Sparkle, Lumen, Comcast, Verizon and more.

Side-note: We just turned up 3 more IX ports for Kansas
