Hello LowEndTalk,
Hello! I'm looking for a VPS for website building that costs around $2 to $3 per month. The requirements are as follows: at least 4GB of memory, storage of 60GB or more, and a CPU with 2 or more cores. The server should be located in Asia, and it would be great if it supports payment methods like PayPal or Alipay. Do you have any recommendations?

    Not gonna happen.

    HostHatch Black Friday meets this spec for $120/3y.
    GreenCloud is $70/3y but has only 35GB storage.
