VPS/VDS with Datapacket upstream - NYC/ASHBURN

Seeing if any providers have Datapacket as upstream and have VPS/VDS stock. Haven't seen many datapacket upstream providers here since MaxKVM.
I do already know of @speedypage I believe from searching quick.
No budget. Ideally around 4-5TB outbound traffic allowance monthly. Usage is for personal VPN, no torrenting or anything sketchy.
