Dedicated Server in EU (any location) or outside EU with acceptable latency

I am looking for a mid/high-performance dedicated server located anywhere in Europe or in a location with acceptable latency.

I require the following specifications:

• Processor: AMD EPYC 7643 or Intel Dual Xeon GOLD 6138
• RAM: 128 or 256GB
• Storage: 1TB or 2TB SSD NVMe
• Network: 10Gbps Port Speed
• Budget: Between 80-90 USD/month

If you have any suitable options or recommendations, please let me know!

FS is not in EU. If you don't need EU, go with FS.
