I'd love the first storage vps, that's an amazing price and 32 gb of ram for the 2 years as well. do you know if they allow stuff like mastodon running on a storage vps? i've got a normal vps right now, but the space is only 200 gb, this one would be perfect.
As you can see in the YABS, the storage server has 16GB of RAM.
I'm not working for HostHatch, but afaik storage servers are not mentioned for real application workloads. You could add the compute server to solve the problem. Using internal network will give you superb performance when using jumbo frames
I definitely don't let it go because of bad performance.

You send the money via PayPal and I will instantly open a ticket at HostHatch. If you want I'll also some kind of proof like a screenshot or something. I hope you are aware that the support is sometimes slow and I can't tell how long it will tell. Don't worry, I had some transfers in the past and it all went smoothly

Just to let everybody know: I was not aware of the control panel based transfer system. It's possible to create a transfer token. So if you are interested in the compute server, transfer will be done within a few minutes.
Compute server is still available!
I will go down to 200$ + 10$ transfer fee for the compute server.
