Check it out here

Tell me, what's in the pipeline for Terabit?

Absolutely, we're working on the following:

  • Completing Amsterdam deployment (ETA Jan 31st)
  • Once Amsterdam is complete, we're working on our Singapore deployment!
  • We're finishing up the negotiation phase for Auckland, NZ with negotiations with upstreams expected to end shortly and agreements signed. ETA for launch is Q2 2025.
  • We added 200 of the 400Gbps of mitigation to our edge we announced last post. This should be done within the next 2-3 weeks.

Now, a question for the community:

We're looking at expanding our offering with cPanel + Email Hosting -- what do you think? It'd be deployed in all our largest POPs across the US + Canada + Europe. Priced aggressively, but not insanely, on a monthly and yearly basis. Let us know if that would interest you, and what you'd be looking to get spec and price wise on it!

It's 40TB out of the box, we usually up the limit on request once to 80TB, after that we'll bill for additional bandwidth consumed.

Is it by design that Standard VPS discount using coupon code is not recurring?

It is, the discount is not recurring outside of the first month. We have a few non-recurring coupons floating around, and a few recurring within our LET comments.

  • Can the standard version of VPS be installed with a windows system?

@SilverCreek Heads up, your Basically Dedicated plan appears to not charge for the additional IPs on the annual plan, which, while I'd love to grab a couple of free extra IPv4s, is not something I'm willing to do if it means you losing out unintentionally. As a side note, your premium transit isn't being charged for on the annual plan either. Can you confirm whether this is the case before I consider an order?

  • Very nice deals. I am tempted

Thanks for pointing that out, it's not meant to be free -- lapse in our Configurable Options! I've fixed that now, but I wouldn't mind tossing you an extra IP or premium transit as a thanks for pointing it out.

You can, however, it's only available via ISO to install. You must bring your own license.

What's the difference between premium transit and normal transit?

Premium Transit consists of more Tier 1 transit providers, access to our larger network blends, and PNIs. For example, Premium in US & Canada includes (but not limited to):

    Comcast (AS7922)
    Orange (AS5511)
    Telxius (AS12956)
    Cogent (AS174)
    NTT (AS2914)
    GTT (AS3257)
    TATA (AS6453)
    Sparkle (AS6762)
    Arelion (AS1299)

... and a lot more, that we don't always list.

It does not mean dedicated vCores, we don't provide dedicated vCores but we do prefer the cores on the Basically Dedicated plans in our tuning of how vCores are utilized. We also try to isolate Basically Dedicated instances to their own underlying hypervisors to prevent collision with regular VPS plans

    Didn't understand anything.

So cores are not dedicated but.... What? Let's say in lay mens term. Example will help too.

We don’t offer dedicated CPU cores. Instead, our plans prioritize CPU usage, ensuring your workloads get higher priority access to processing power when needed. This allows for efficient resource allocation while maintaining performance when demand spikes. If you'd like a breakdown on the technical aspect I'd be happy to break it down... but I'm not sure my explanation would be as good as Googling it yourself (pinning, cgroups, quota tweaking, etc).

Which plan are you after? I'll throw a few more in stock in a few hours.

  • @SilverCreek Please do DA panel if possible since it will be cheaper than cpanel in the long run as cpanel asks for pricing per oanel and DA has unlimited account ;)

No, but I'll sponsor you two free VMs for https://lex.st/ to offer free DA hosting on -- one in Montreal, one in Kansas... and eventually one in Amsterdam too. No bandwidth restrictions.
