Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a VPS/VDS to use as a Plex server (with no transcoding—everything will be direct play) and to run a simple Docker stack. Here’s what I need:
Preferably NVMe storage. I’m planning to stream high-quality content, so I need high-speed internet (e.g., at least 1Gbps). Something that can handle running multiple Docker containers smoothly (prefer at least 4GB or more of RAM). No need for transcoding support, just direct play is fine.
I’m also looking for a provider with good uptime, ideally hosted in the EU as well.

This deal’s gone but similar deals pop up here and there. Network is 2.5Gbps for up to 2TB/24H, and then throttled to 200Mbit/s until your average goes under 2TB/24H
Cpu isn’t the best but not that bad (~1000 GB6)
with no transcoding just about any vps works. to stream fastest the vps needs to be as close as possible to the storage source, ideally less than 20ms.
You need a server closest to your audience. That's it. Even a vps on cheaper side will be enough.

Hosting a public tracker? No.
You would need an offshore hosting for that. No one will let you host public torrent sites on a 7$/m vps. It is also highly (and i mean seriously) illegal.
Do you need storage ? If you need storage as well its better to go with seedbox sellers, they have high speeds and also plex preinstalled and everything.
On the other hand you had 10 euros dedicated server from OVH 2-3 days ago.. probably they will do flash sale again, that would be your best option.
Not sure what your budget and required storage is, but maybe @LiteServer 's black Friday deals would be suitable? the higher priced plans have a 4 gb/s uplink. So I think it would work well for you.

Happy to offer yabs if you want it. But blazing fast is an under-statement.
I haven't experienced downtime in roughly 4 years at this point. So I think they definitely are suitable in that regard.

I know mostly torrent are illegal, but i just want to host private tracker.
using torrents to download movies and hosting a torrent tracker (even a private one) are two way different ball games, I seriously advise you against it. I also suggest you stop talking on public forums about it
