I am looking for a server with the following config:

Location: within EU, prefer NL/DE/FR but open to other locations as well.

14c/28th cpu or better
10Gbit/s unmetered dedicated bandwidth.
128GB to 256GB DDR4 RAM
2TB+ NVMe Disk space.

Budget is 400-600USD.
