VPS Provider Germany

I might need some help, I am looking for a privacy oriented vps provider who could offer a fast server in Germany
Privacy oriented = known to just ignore what's happening on the vps, doesn't look through my stuff (I know there's no guarantee), or how we call it - DMCA fiendly. I'm not doing absolutely nothing shady, just want the privacy 😊
Fast = fast processor, network at least 1GB, IPv4 included

Germany is not DMCA friendly
they will cut your nuts.
Privacy and DMCA is two very different things.
DMCA takedown notices only happen if someone notices content that you've made publicly available. It has nothing to do with providers looking through your content.
I hope I speak for most providers when I say that there is no interest at all to snoop into individual VPS. Doing so is not easy, consumes time and would be noticeable for you if we did.
In regards to your question on speed then 9950X are probrably the fastest CPU offered in VPS systems. Just note with a single vCore even the fastest CPU may not be enough for some tasks.
if you want your host to both actually ignore copyright takedowns and stay in business, then don't host in the EU/fiveeyes.
if you want them to not sell your data to cybercriminals or advertisers and respect strong privacy laws then just find a reputable one in Europe, like Netcup or Hetzner or OVH etc.
That term is very much subjective.
I'd call a BMW 330d "fast" with a top-end of 155 mph, but the engineers of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ with a top-end of 304 mph would call that BMW slow.
Our website is hosted on a 3.50 GHz CPU dedicated server, more than fast enough for the needs it was deployed for, but someone who's needs are rendering, modelling, AI/ML, they might well call that 3.5 GHz slow.
Personally I wouldn't be so focused on the performance, but the more important metrics like: the reputation of the company, do they offer all the features you need, is the price sensible compared with the competition, etc.
