Considering how I have started threads when I did not receive good service from HH, it is only fair that I share with y'all when I got some excellent and quick service.
I wanted to change the location of my HK server to SG or JP.
Support responded and everything was done (including changing the location, i.e., spinning up a new instance) in less than 12 hours!

Is this a standard-price server or a promo one?
BF Deal / Tier 2 server.
You should include in first post that transfer was paid service. If it was free and delivered in flawless manner - than it is worth praise. Now it is standard paid service.
