I'm looking for a VPS in Poland and Latvia

I am looking for a VPS in Poland and Latvia. The budget is 8-15 euros per year. Does anyone have any recommendations? IPV4 configuration is not required.

Gullo has an OVZ in Poland:

    Gullo's Hosting — $12.50 / year
    1 Intel Cores (shared)
    512 MB RAM
    8 GB HDD
    500 GB/month bandwidth
    0.1 Gbps port speed
    IPv4 (NAT) + IPv6
    Hosted in Poland

Can personally vouch for them. Cheap, privacy friendly and great support. They colocate in the Equinix WA3 datacenter. I use them to run a small site and email server.

Hello, I need a VPS with an actual IPv4 address instead of a NAT IPv4. The one you sent me with IPv4 and tax costs €24. Do you have any other recommendations? Thank you very much
