Two weeks ago, QuadraNet was experiencing issues at the Los Angeles data center with IPs that belonged to ColoCrossing/HostPapa. Is it possible that this expansion is related to QuadraNet's issues?

Is it possible that ColoCrossing reclaimed the IPs because they needed them for the expansion?
