Being sensible for a minute, I strongly suspect that all "real internet" there is only available to a select few that have been approved by the government. One article I read suggest about 1000 people total have access to the internet out of a population of 25 million.
Short of hacking a server there, I think your chances are a close approximation to zero as it's unlikely you'll ever meet the criteria for obtaining one.
