Looking for vps nearest Moldova

Need a fast vps nearest Chisinau, Moldova. Current vps from Bulgaria, around 14-15 ms latency. Need less latency.

Cpu : Ryzen 9 or similar fast. 2vcore
Ram : 2GB
HDD : atleast 30GB nvme
BW : 1TB enough at 200mbps or more
Budget : 2-3$ per month. (Currently pay 16£/yr)

Depends if you compare it with WEST- or Eastern Europe. It's not super close, it's not super far away either.

While confirming that, they also offer me some special vps, but since I still don't know (yet) about my 2025 move & financial-wise [ and big question mark about what to do with the free stuff, plus some of my idlers still not being used properly ], I politely declined.

don't know the details, he just mention new AMD epyc node. maybe custom made by request (didn't grab his 1month for 1year offer during newyear megathread, so I didn't know the regular vps specs).

Not Ryzen based nor $2-3 and haven't tried it in a few years but Trabia[.]com, can pay with crypto. Very barebone VMs though.
