Is 0WebHost.com Unreliable?
This is my first unpleasant experience with this provider. I purchased a VPS for $18.07 USD/month, which was advertised on LowEndTalk Link (the thread has since been deleted or banned). According to the advertisement, the server location was supposed to be in Singapore. However, once the VPS was activated, I was shocked to find that the server's location was in Arizona.
On the same day, I submitted a complaint. Their support system responded slowly, treating it like a routine issue, which was quite frustrating. A few days later, they replied, stating they would set up the Singapore server as per my order. However, they never followed through or delivered the promised server.
Feeling fed up and like I was wasting my time, I decided to request a refund on January 4th, 2025, but there has been no progress so far. While I understand the importance of checking and validating a provider before making a purchase, I admit I might have rushed my decision at the time.
This has been a valuable lesson for me. Have you ever had a similar experience?

Usually there are someone here that put some comment for newcomer(s) host / provider [don't risk yearly subscribe for newcomers unless you're willing to risk loosing it]. Also they always ask YABS (it will show performance and give approximate location based on ping time to other known servers in different continents) & looking glass to check their network from internal provider network(s) to outside networks.
Just pay attentions to what others say & the provider response to it.
They're using cracked licenses on their servers -- of which, WebPros and their data centers are aware, I might add. File a chargeback request as everyone else suggested, then when choosing your next web host, check domain registration length and historic reviews before committing.
